• Boil 5 quarts of water.
• Turn off stove and add 1-2 bath tea bags to water.
• Allow to steep for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• Run a hot bath.
• Pour pot of water into bath (tea bags included).
• Submerge your body in the tea bath and indulge.
• Soak in these relaxing herbs and salts. Allow the stress of the day to melt away.

• Lavender- Soothing and calming to skin. Lavender herb is a very gentle herb and one of my favorites for skin. It relieves itching, is astringent, and anti-bacterial.
• Rose Petals- Helps improve scars and wrinkles while reducing redness. Roses are great for cleansing and toning, too.
• Hibiscus- A natural source of alpha-hydroxy acids . AHAs are known to help exfoliate, control oily skin and clogged pores, all of which can encourage fresher, younger, and smoother looking skin.
• Comfrey- Contains allantoin, a substance that helps new skin cells grow, along with other substances that reduce inflammation and keep skin healthy.
• Yarrow Flowers- cOntains antimicrobial and pain relieving traits and is wonderful for soothing skin that is prone to irritations. It is also deeply nourishing and restorative. It aids in healing broken capillaries and is ideal for sensitive skin as well as problematic skin.
• Chamomile- Helpful for dry, irritated skin. Chamomile herb has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral properties.
• Catnip- Has been proven to promote healthy skin due to its anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antioxidant properties.
• Magnesium Flakes- Ideal for easing muscle tension and pain. Increases magnesium levels in the body.
• Epsom Salt-  Ideal for easing muscle tension and pain.
• Pink Himalayan Salt- Draws out toxins and balances skin's PH level.
• Calendula Flowers- This herb is especially helpful for those with eczema and psoriasis. Calendula has anti-inflammatory, astringent and anti-microbrial properties.
